Have you ever heard someone say, "Let me sleep on it." This can be a wonderful idea, but unfortunately, about 38% of all Hoosiers get less than 7 hours of sleep per day.
With a focus on adults, Harriet Armstrong, Purdue Extension, covers the importance of sleep, some barriers to quality sleep and more. The Main Library is located in the Cleo Rogers Memorial Library in downtown Columbus at 536 Fifth Street. Completed in 1969 and designed by architect I.M.
